With permission, I decided to forgo the usual weekly review for this week. The news was dominated by one major story and as important as that might be, it was covered ad nauseam by every newspaper, radio, and TV news outlet. Ultimately, the Kavanaugh confirmation fiasco is still in limbo so I will pick up the thread next week.
So, let's cap off this week with something altogether more pleasant- a Sanity Sunday Musical Break. Lord knows we need some soul healing.
Guitarist Pat Metheny has been around for decades and during that time, he has racked up an impressive 20 Grammies. (He is, in fact, the only artist to win Grammy Awards in ten different categories.)
So I imagine at some point, you've heard his distinctive sound. I composed a list of 11 songs, moving from energizing to relaxing (relazing?)
